West Star has promoted John Brummel to avionics technical sales manager at its East Alton, Illinois facility.

Brummel is a US Navy veteran and has over 20 years aviation experience, starting his career as an avionics technician at Midcoast (now Jet Aviation), moving to West Star Aviation (Premier at the time) in 2007. He's advanced through the avionics ranks and has recently been promoted to the avionics technical sales manager.

“John has been a key contributor to the West Star team for many years and his experience and expertise will provide additional guidance and knowledge to the avionics department here at our Alton facility,” says technical sales manager Steve Bates.
