App links customers to MRO projects at StandardAero
A new app by StandardAero called myStandardAero provides a mobile platform for customers to remotely access and manage MRO events at the company's facilities in Augusta, Houston and Springfield.

StandardAero Business Aviation has launched a new MRO project management service app called myStandardAero. Currently available from the Apple App Store and Google Play for iOS and Android devices, the app provides a mobile platform for customers to remotely access and manage MRO events at StandardAero's Augusta Georgia, Houston Texas and Springfield Illinois facilities. Customers will be able to review and approve squawks, communicate directly with specific StandardAero project managers and review work orders from anywhere with signal. The app works in conjunction with the myStandardAero portal, which has also been improved to include additional functionality such as easier approval of multiple squawks, export squawks to Excel, selectable spending caps by individual squawks, integration of customer provided log book entries and the ability to post contract change orders.

“The app will allow us to improve customer service functionality and tailor communications to specific individual requirements,” says StandardAero Business Aviation president Marc Drobny. “While a few MROs may provide similar capabilities, our new myStandardAero app is built on a world-class platform using lightning technology to provide users with a friendly interface that will also allow us to rapidly expand functionality for developing new services.”
