Jettly cooks up a rescue plan for stranded travelers
Thousands of Thomas Cook customers are stranded across the globe after the company went into administration. Jettly is lowering its prices so that some of them can get back home safely.
Customers with an imminent travel itinerary from Thomas Cook were eligible for the Jettly discount.

Jettly says it is seeing a dramatic increase in the number of air charter bookings across the world for single travellers, as well as for large groups and families, as a result of the collapse of tour operator Thomas Cook. It is now offering a five per cent discount on non-member charter rates for Thomas Cook customers.

Thomas Cook has been a prominent entity, as well as a leader in the travel sector for many years. The collapse has been a surprise to many, but the travellers who were in the midst of travel are facing difficult scenarios. Globally, there are thousands of travellers stranded, whether it is for business or leisure.

A Jettly representative says: “It's times like these when we should be helping our clients in any possible way, instead of making things harder for them.”

As a result, Jettly introduced a plan that offered a fixed five per cent discount on all non-member charter rates for a total of thirty days. The only condition for receiving this discount was for customers to show a travel itinerary purchased from Thomas Cook for air travel within a 30 time period.

“At Jettly, we always tend to work by keeping the situation and condition of our clients at the forefront. This Thomas Cook incident is something that is going to affect thousands of people worldwide,” the representative adds.
