West Michigan-based Executive Air Transport has recently acquired another Michigan company, Air Services, Inc. in Traverse City just two years after its acquisition of Tulip City Air Service in 2017. The three companies are to be rebranded as a single entity, Vision Air Center (VAC), with a dedicated website covering all three locations across the state: Muskegon, Traverse City and Holland.

With the most recent acquisition of our Traverse City location, we will be able to better serve our community with locations across West Michigan. We look forward to continuing to propel charter aviation forward operating at the highest level of excellence.”

The rebranded company provides full service fuel, maintenance and charter options in the US, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean. It also offers a private jet card programme where members enjoy fixed hourly discount rates secured for a rolling 12 months.
