Doors open at Landvetter Jet Centre
A new VIP terminal designed exclusively for Gothenburg is part of Landvetter International airport’s rebuilding programme to meet demand arising from the city's growth as an industrial centre in recent years.
Swedish Airport Infrastructure AB (SAIAB) CEO Jan Törner with Landvetter International airport managing director Anna Strömvall.

EFS European Flight Service performed the official opening of its new FBO terminal at Landvetter International airport in Gothenburg on Wednesday, 26 June. Airport managing director Anna Strömvall officially cut the ribbon and declared the terminal open with Swedish Airport Infrastructure AB (SAIAB) CEO Jan Törner.

The terminal, primarily built and designed to work with private and commercial business jet flights, will be the gateway to the west coast of Sweden. All celebrity visits, business flights, government flights and head of state flights will be able to use the services provided. The terminal is open 24/7 and offers full handling for visiting aircraft. Services provided will include VIP passenger handling, aircraft parking, aircraft related services, ground transport and concierge services.

This is a unique investment as it is the first of its kind in Gothenburg. The terminal will provide quality infrastructure for visitors to west Swedish industry and commerce. The visiting clientele should also benefit the hotel and restaurant business in Gothenburg.

This is a joint venture between Swedavia, SAIAB and EFS European Flight Service AB.
