Macnaughton heads Air Partner's charter team
With experience in specialised charter markets drawn from over a decade at a fractional ownership company, Kevin Macnaughton has moved to Air Partner to develop both customer growth and customer experiences.
Air Partner managing director, charter Kevin Macnaughton.

Air Partner has appointed Kevin Macnaughton as managing director, charter. He is responsible for the development of the charter division's business strategy and reports directly to CEO Mark Briffa.

Macnaughton brings experience in the aviation charter industry, both in the UK and overseas, having held a number of senior roles at NetJets over a period of 13 years. Most recently he was company director, head of European sales, leading the planning and execution of the sales strategy. During his tenure the company significantly increased its sales and client retention across Europe. As part of the role, he worked across some of the company's key customer verticals, including HNWIs, business executives and sports professionals.

Macnaughton's appointment follows a number of other senior hires at Air Partner as the company continues to strengthen its senior management and expand its global footprint. His immediate focus will be on delivering organic growth in the charter division as it seeks to drive innovation, upselling and cross-selling all group products and services across the organisation. Briffa says: “I am very pleased to welcome Kevin to Air Partner, he is a talented individual with admirable qualities that will add significant value to our senior team. His proven track record of driving growth in customer-focused businesses and delivering outstanding customer experiences is well suited to Air Partner as we continue to invest in our charter division. I'm confident that Kevin's strong industry expertise, commercial background and international network of contacts will be a real asset to the group as we continue to grow.”

Macnaughton adds: “I'm excited to be joining Air Partner as it continues to expand its global reach, as evidenced by the recent office openings in the US and Singapore. I look forward to capitalising on its reputation for excellence and deepening relationships with new and existing customers.”
