Silver Air shines in the super mids with a PURE Citation X
In addition to bringing a further Citation X on to its fleet, Silver Air has opened a new operational base at Reno, Nevada. President of business development Chuck Stumpf says that the super midsize category is a key one.
Silver Air has added a Reno, Nevada-based Citation X to its fleet.

Silver Air, the private jet management and charter company with operations in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Seattle, Dallas, Houston and New York, has opened new operations out of Reno, Nevada and added a Citation X under PURE Jet Management.

“As we continue to expand our fleet, we seek to grow our super-mid category of aircraft,” says Silver Air president of business development Chuck Stumpf. “We are excited to bring on this beautifully-appointed Citation X with winglets. The Citation X is a leader in speed, power and value. Low drag and powerful engines provide the jet with unsurpassed speed from city to city.”

Silver Air's PURE Jet Management model treats jet owners as partners rather than assets, creating management plans with optimised value and managing the multiple service vendors on the owner's behalf, ensuring a cost effective and transparent relationship.

In addition to its fleet of Citation X jets, Silver Air manages and operates other light to large-cabin jets from Gulfstream, Dassault, Bombardier, Embraer, Cessna and Hawker/Beech. It says it is the only operator to offer unrestricted charter availability on a BBJ.

Silver Air's charter operations have been rated ARGUS Platinum and the company is IS-BAO Stage II compliant. It is also a member of the Air Charter Safety Foundation.
