Cutter Aviation has appointed James Boswell to manage charter sales in its charter and flight management department based in Phoenix, Arizona. Boswell will ensure that Cutter clients and owners receive premium and personalised service. His background includes positions in aircraft parts sales and distribution, time with a Part 121 carrier and extensive tenure with Part 135 air carrier operations.

Most recently, licensed pilot Boswell directed a Part 135 charter operation, building it from the ground up, managing people, owners and aircraft. During his time there, he more than doubled the client base and assisted greatly with fleet growth.
