Air Elite Network recognises Diamond Service award winners
Air Elite's Diamond Service locations aim for the premier league of the world's FBOs. Local expertise and regional nuances of independent ownership are a feature of the chain.
Alliance Aviation Service at Fort Worth, Texas, has earned the highest score among North American Air Elite members.

After completing its global audit, the Air Elite Network has named its two highest scoring FBOs as Alliance Aviation Service in Fort Worth, Texas, and Harrods Aviation at London Luton airport. Alliance Aviation earned the highest score among North American members and Harrods Aviation among international members. Earning the second and third highest scores in North America were Concord Regional airport in North Carolina and Galaxy FBO in Conroe, Texas, and in the international arena were Skylink Services in Larnaca, Cyprus, and Harrods Aviation's other facility at London Stansted.

World Fuel Services (WFS) is honoured to have these members active in the Air Elite network," says Air Elite board member and WFS SVP, business aviation bulk fuel sales Steve Drzymalla. "All members work tirelessly to deliver a distinctive customer experience with a consistent level of elevated service.”

Each Diamond Service location adheres to strict membership criteria, bi-annual audits, continual training and member development. All Diamond Service locations are audited by WFS every two years and the highest scoring members are recognised for their efforts.

“The Air Elite Network welcomes operators that are committed to providing a superior level of service. The goal is ensure the success of each flight and ensure that pilots and crew are provided with consistent, elevated service at extraordinary facilities throughout their journey,” adds Drzymalla.
