Volanteus appointment will lead US expansion
Led by Mark Green, a business aviation industry veteran of more than 20 years, charter broker Volanteus has completed nearly 1,000 flight sectors in two years. America is now within its sights.
Julius Ramos is US sales director for UK broker Volanteus.

UK-based charter brokerage Volanteus has opened a US office and appointed Julius Ramos as its US sales director to lead the charge. Ramos spent the last 10 years at Avinode as director of sales, where he supported and helped lead the growth of Avinode's US operation and sales efforts, orchestrating all bottom-line factors across its more than 500 North American charter operator and broker accounts.

Ramos says: “I'm thrilled to be a part of the Volanteus team and look forward to expanding its incredible brand into the US market. I've had the good fortune to develop deep connections with both businesses and individuals in the US by working in collaboration to find mutually beneficial, relevant solutions for their client and business needs.”

CEO Mark Green comments: “I've admired and respected Julius' achievements and work ethic for the past decade. He is someone who I have always considered would be a valuable asset to any company within the private jet sphere. When I learned that he was moving to 'pastures new' I was extremely keen not to lose the opportunity to add such a massive talent to our company. I am delighted with his appointment, and I have no doubt that he will embrace this challenge with the professionalism and enthusiasm that everyone in the private jet industry associates with him.”
