On Air Dining recruits top chef
The position of executive chef is vital to any caterer, and On Air Dining is no exception. The company reports rapid growth throughout 2018 which gave it the busiest July in its history.
Mark Brega joins On Air Dining as executive chef.

Luxury in-flight caterer On Air Dining has appointed Mark Brega as its executive chef, a senior position newly-created following the busiest period the company has ever seen: rapid growth throughout 2018 culminated in the busiest July in its history and a 60 per cent increase in year-on-year business in August.

Brega has a background in luxury catering at the Lansdowne Private Members Club in London, Relais and Chateau hotels, and in the development of British Airways' menus in its First Class and Club World cabins. He has gathered strong experience in food innovation and delivery and has catered to the needs of the high net worth global traveller in the course of his culinary career. He has also developed route-specific menus designed for customers from the Middle East, India and Asia.

Brega says: “I am extremely passionate about my work and excited to enter the executive jet catering world with On Air Dining. I am looking forward to working with an already proven cutting-edge team and using various elements of culinary design and innovation to revamp our menus and provide our customers with an even better in-flight dining experience.”
