Voluxis receives Global XRS for long legs
The Global Express XRS is able to reach any point on the globe with a single fuel stop. Voluxis believes that the aircraft will pave the way for more long range acquisitions over the coming years.
Voluxis' Global Express comes in a 13-seat configuration with five beds, two bathrooms, a hot galley, IFE systems and wi-fi.

UK operator Voluxis has expanded its fleet with the addition of a Global Express XRS to be based at Farnborough airport. The acquisition follows the company's recent opening of an office at Farnborough to support its growth. Commercial director Sam Heather states: “The Global Express shows our intentions going forward, as we look to expand our customer base. The aircraft is stunning inside and out and opens us up to a whole new market with its range.

“The range means that it can fly between any two points on the globe with only one refuelling stop and can complete non-stop flights such as London to Los Angeles or Paris to Hong Kong. The cabin is exceptionally comfortable for the duration of such flights with a 13-seat configuration, five beds and two bathrooms. The aircraft also has a hot galley, state-of-the-art entertainment systems and wi-fi access.

“We now have the experienced management team capable of taking us to the next level and we feel that this aircraft marks a significant milestone in our recent history.”

Voluxis is a worldwide AOC holder and, in addition to the XRS, operates two Hawker aircraft for private charter. It also offers aircraft management and sales and marketing services.
