Gama Aviation is now providing its clients with access to e-training provider FlyCo's advanced learning management system, which includes modules on winter operations and route competency.

Head of training Adam Whitehead states: "Our focus has always been to provide high quality training for our pilots and personnel. We believe that the course content and advanced management system that FlyCo offers provides us with an excellent mechanism to enhance and monitor crew training performance through-out the year.

"We have run ground school training courses for many years using a traditional classroom format and, although we see the need for these continuing, an e-learning environment provides another option for those that are down route or time-poor."
