Emperor Aviation has appointed Razvan Stefan as director and accountable manager of Emperor Aviation Malta, replacing Ammr Shaladi. Stefan will report to owner and founder Irakli Litanishvili and will work closely with Irina Korchagina, MD for Russia and the CIS. Aircraft management company Emperor Aviation is a part of the Aim of Emperor group of companies.

Stefan has international experience in both civil and business aviation. During his career he has undertaken a variety of roles from ramp agent to heading up an operational control centre. He has worked for Emperor for five years.

Litanishvili comments: "I would like to thank Ammr Shaladi for the outstanding work and commitment he has shown our company over the last five years, and wish him future success. We took a long time to make our choice for a successor, and in Razvan we have settled on a highly qualified specialist who has a proven track record of managing organi-sational processes, in order to take Emperor Aviation to the next stage."

Training is a high priority for Emperor, and it invests between 50,000 euros and 70,000 euros a year to train office staff.
