Aviation Promotions, a new venture based at London Stansted airport, has been established to produce branded items for placement onboard private jets. MD Adrian Weaver already has a uniform and workwear logo printing business, AW Supplies London, and has seen an opportunity to bring his expertise into the business aviation arena.

“Over recent years we have received several enquiries asking if we can supply items with logos such as head restraint covers, cushions, fleece blankets, sleep suits, wine coolers and tableware for private air travel,” he tells EBAN.

“As we have access to state-of-the-art embroidery and printing machines and already supply many of the items requested, I decided to set up Aviation Promotions. Our range ensures that branding is carried throughout the flight.”

Recent orders have included handmade leather head restraint covers, seat cushions and covers and Parker pens. All the items include a company logo, with the covers embroidered and the pens engraved.

“A client wanted to personalise their jet for a family celebration,” Weaver continues. “This included supplying towels, head restraint covers, napkins and luxury fleece throws, all of which were embroid-ered with a design supplied to us by the client.”

Feedback so far has been positive: “Our fleece throws seem to be very popular, as are our Egyptian cotton tablecloths. We have even supplied teddy bears wearing t-shirts that included a logo. As you might imagine, these were never returned.”
