Topjet Executive, based in Milan, Italy, noted an increase in flight hours of 15 per cent last year when compared with 2016, along with growth in the number of on-demand flights. At the beginning of 2017, a Global Express was added to the fleet in partnership with German operator FAI, expanding the company into the long range charter market. The company has also started using a new hangar in Milan to mark the turn of the year.

“It was a bit difficult in the beginning to understand the dynamics of the heavy jets, but with patience and dedication we have become accustomed to this market,” comments sales manager Marco Dulitchi. “At the end of 2017, we decided to renovate our corporate image with a new logo and dedicated in-flight cabin amenities. We also refurbished the interiors of our three other executive jets – a Hawker 850XP and two Hawker 4000XPs.”

Topjet was founded in 1999 by a real estate and private equity investment group, and its first jets were for the sole use of the owners.
