Europ Star has made a number of staff appointments over the last 12 months and has implemented management software FL3XX which is speeding up quoting and booking times significantly. Tomislav Lang has been COO since May 2016, Martin Gindlhuber was made SVP of ground operations in September, Robert Broermann has taken up the post of CFO and Diana Andrabi has been marketing senior VP since November.

Andrabi is very pleased with the FL3XX software: “The tool has made it five times faster to quote and overall the speed of our bookings has increased more than 30 times over,” she says. “This comes in very handy as we have seen a sharp increase in charter demand and therefore are openly and actively reaching out to potential clients who are interested in having a tailored boutique solution for their flight requirements.”
