Gama hires four to meet ambitious growth plans
Gama Aviation has made four senior management appointments in order to support its growth strategy and double the scale of its business over the next two years.

Gama Aviation has made four senior management appointments in order to support its growth strategy and double the scale of its business over the next two years.

Neil Medley has been named as group COO, having served as COO at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, while Sergio Oliveira e Silva has been assigned the role of general manager, Hong Kong. Oliveira spent 12 years at Netjets and is already familiar with Hong Kong, having worked for both Metrojet and Jet Aviation. Giovanni de Berti has been named as general manager, Africa and has 12 years of business aviation experience under his belt.

The final appointment is Keith Marshall, who will assume the role of general manager, engineering for Europe. Marshall previously managed Gama's maintenance operations in Hong Kong.

CEO Marwan Khalek comments: “We are delighted with the talent we are attracting to the business. We have a hugely experienced management team. With these new appointments, we will be able to provide additional management bandwidth to deliver our ambition of doubling the scale of our business over the next two years.”
