DFS breaks ground on Bordeaux-Mérignac facility

Dassault Falcon Service (DFS), a subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, recently began work on a new maintenance facility in Bordeaux-Mérignac to expand its Falcon overhaul capability. The facility is expected to be operational third quarter 2016.

The facility is equipped to handle structural repairs, which typically require engineering involvement, as well as EASy IV avionics upgrades and other STC solutions such as Starlink in-flight connectivity system installation.
