ExecuJet Aviation Group has been awarded certification by the FAA after demonstrating the regulatory compliance of its Dubai repair station under FAR 145.

The Middle East approval includes the ability to conduct heavy base maintenance activities and non-destructive testing inspections, while also enabling the company to work away from its Dubai home base.

Maintenance director Nick Weber says: “Our operating rules have always been governed by the regulatory guidance from the FAA so it is a great pleasure for our maintenance and safety standards to be formally certified. Sound maintenance is the foundation for a safe and efficient aviation industry and receiving this certificate not only shows our commitment to this fact, but also ensures that N-registered aircraft operating in the region receive the correct support.”

ExecuJet Middle East holds a total of 21 aviation authority approvals, including EASA and all Middle East regional approvals. It also represents several OEMs.
