On Air Dining and Gama Aviation have delivered the first ever live culinary demonstrations to take place at EBACE. A range of signature dishes from the On Air Dining seasonal menu were demonstrated twice a day throughout the show on the Gama booth, led by On Air ceo Daniel Hulme and executive chef Colin Barnett.
