Munich-based operator MHS Aviation has brought its third Challenger 604 into service. The 12-seater jet enlarges the MHS fleet to 17 aircraft and will be available for charter without prior owner approval.
Despite market conditions, this jet represents the fourth addition to the company's fleet in the last six months, with the other deliveries consisting of a Gulfstream G-V, a Phenom 300 and a CJ3.
“We are finding that the demand in the heavy jet sector is still growing and we therefore decided to add a third Challenger 604 to our fleet,” comments ceo Rainald Schulte. “With three Challengers we significantly increase the benefits for our customers because we have greater availability and are able to reduce the positioning costs if the aircraft is close to the requested airport.”
With a range of over 3,000 nm the CL604 is able to connect London and Dubai non-stop. The interior of the 2005 model is divided into two comfort zones with a conference area. The cabin height of 1.85 m is another advantage.
In addition to these recent deliveries, the MHS portfolio comprises a G550, two Challenger 604s, four Learjets from LR31 to LR60, a Phenom 100 and five Dornier Do328s, along with two vip AW109s, operated by its partner Euroheli.
