Total AOC has hit a century by updating and completing more than 100 manuals for customers during 2014. To ensure operators met the EASA transition deadline of October, the company has successfully completed 102 manuals in less than 10 months.
“We are phenomenally proud of this achievement,” says director Julian Tubb. “On average, Total AOC has rewritten a manual to the highest standards set by EASA, every three days. The need to comply with EASA regulations has created considerable challenges for operators needing to rewrite copious amounts of manuals in time for the deadline. Total AOC has made a real difference to operators and played a crucial role in ensuring pan-European compliance.”
James Wiskin, accountable manager of Finesse Executive adds: “Their turnaround time for the manuals was brilliant and the content was excellent. I know of other companies that write their own manuals, and to be honest it can be a bit of a mess. Total AOC have people who are continually writing manuals so they know exactly what they are doing, and it shows.”
Malcolm Humphries of Capital Air Charter was also impressed with the service: “Total AOC delivered everything we wanted, without fuss and on time. The finished product is superb, and was supported by great customer service and communication throughout.”
