Textron Aviation is opening a larger service centre at Paris Le Bourget airport to support Europe's Beechcraft, Cessna and Hawker owners.

The facility will include at least 14,450 sqm of customer, office and maintenance space, which is approximately three times the size of Textron's original Paris Citation service centre at Le Bourget. It will offer direct access to parking and customer areas without the need to drive through airport gates, as well as larger, improved accommodation for customers.

Says senior vp customer service Brad Thress: “Our original Paris facility has been our European flagship for some time, and expanded space at Europe's busiest business aviation airport will allow us to more quickly meet the service requirements of our customers coming in from across the region.”

Cessna opened its first service centre outside the US in Paris at Le Bourget in 1997.
