Third-placed Swissport Executive's Nice FBO reports that, despite the challenging market environment, it recorded a 32 per cent increase in flights across the network.

"Our FBO in Nice has demonstrated with this result how close our business partners work with us," says global sales director Rebecca Durrer-Bolle. "We always seek service excellence and give support to our partners, allowing them to deliver a top service at their end. PrivatPort, our FBO in Geneva, recorded its second best year since it was set up in 2003. Our network is constantly expanding – we recently launched five bases in Morocco."

Durrer-Bolle believes that it is the skill, personality and commitment of staff that makes things happen, with special attention paid to good communication with customers. "Their comments are necessary to understand the correct needs and help us to constantly improve our service delivery."
