Norsk Helikopter has purchased Lufttransport AS and its sister company Lufttransport AB, based in Sweden. Lufttransport specialises in air ambulance services in Scandinavia, and has contracts with government bodies in Norway and Sweden. At the present time, Norsk Helikopter and Lufttransport will continue to operate independently of each other.
