Cessna has started engine testing and slow speed taxi evaluations of its Citation Mustang prototype. This is one of the few remaining system tests left to be completed before its first flight, which is scheduled for
this summer.
The Mustang has already completed over 210 hours on its engine test bed since April 2004 and, according to Cessna, the company has received over 230 firm orders for the aircraft.
