Diamond Aircraft Service GmbH and Com-Air Aircraft Sales & Service GmbH have merged to form a single company, named Air Alliance GmbH. The new company combines general and business aviation, from aircraft sales to maintenance. It provides interiors for used aircraft, avionics equipment, plus training for commercial pilots. Air Alliance also represents the general distribution for the Cessna Caravan series and the new SJ30-2 Jet, which is expected to be granted its type certificate later this year.
