London’s Air Ambulance can now take donations through its website due to a system designed by DataCash. Based at The Royal London Hospital, LAA has flown over 14,500 missions since it was launched in 1989. Although it receives some funding from the government and other private sponsors, the online system makes it easier for individuals to make recurring donations and provide the additional funds needed to keep LAA in operation.
