EBAN will once again be filming during the Helitech 2005 show in September, bringing a flavour of the show to those European helicopter professionals who are not able to attend.\r“The concept behind the DVD is a simple one,” explains EBAN’s Mark Ranger. “For every person that attends any trade show, there may be another five, or even 10 of their colleagues who are not able to. Companies spend huge amounts of money on their stands at these shows, so the DVD is helping to make even more of their investment in Helitech. \r“We interview companies taking part in the DVD on their booth at a pre-arranged time. Our interview team will have spoken to the exhibitor before the start of Helitech, so that we will be fully briefed as to what needs to be achieved during the interview time.”\rA number of interviews are also filmed with key people in the helicopter industry and we will also look at some of the big announcements that will be made during this year’s show. Once the show is over, the DVD is edited, to make an interesting 40 minute, broadcast quality programme.\rThe finished product is then mailed to every owner and operator of a turbine powered helicopter in Europe.\rThe DVD has a dedicated area on the EBAN web site, where you can even view a low resolution version of the last programme.
