PAS launches aircraft asset management service
PAS Aviation Group, the Swiss-based aviation solutions company, has launched an ‘Aircraft Asset Management Cost Cap’ service for owners and financiers of aircraft.

PAS Aviation Group, the Swiss-based aviation solutions company, has launched an ‘Aircraft Asset Management Cost Cap’ service for owners and financiers of aircraft. \rAccording to the company, the service is designed to assist the financial community to safeguard the aircraft asset value, whilst capping the out-sourced consulting cost. \rDr Daniel Lutolf, PAS Aviation Group’s ceo, said that the costs of services traditionally increase due to ‘add on’ costs tacked on to the original estimates. PAS combines traditional asset management services with human resource management, offered at a fixed price so clients can budget and cap the management costs. \r“So far the interest level from financiers and leasing companies has been excellent,” commented Lutolf. The cost-capped service includes physical aircraft inspections, aircraft appraisals, future value forecast, aircraft records and maintenance monitoring, deficiency cost analysis, crew performance and currency appraisals, operational reviews and a 24 hour help line.
