German charter firm Eisele Flugdienst (EFD) has ordered a Citation CJ3, signing the contract for the aircraft at this year’s NBAA convention in Las Vegas.

German charter firm Eisele Flugdienst (EFD) has ordered a Citation CJ3, signing the contract for the aircraft at this year’s NBAA convention in Las Vegas. EFD began operating in 1997, and currently operates a CitationJet, a CJ1 and a CJ2. EFD owner and md Fred Eisele said of the Cessnas: “My customers like Citations because of their comfortable interior and quiet cabin. I have enjoyed operating Citations because of their rugged reliability and flexibility. The CitationJet, CJ1 and CJ2 have beenthe perfect aircraft for EFD. Now with the CJ3, we will be able to transport customers further and they will have additional cabin comfort and amenities.”

Cessna announced the CJ3 at the 2002 NBAA convention, and anticipates first customer delivery in the fourth quarter of 2004.
