Raytheon has appointed Glenn Oka to the newly-created position of vp, customer quality and product reliability. Oka was formerly the company’s vp of quality assurance.
“Glenn’s job will be to ensure that all Beechcraft and Hawkers owners – whether new aircraft or 40 years old – will experience total product reliability, service and support,” said Ed Dolanski, vp of customer support.
“He will focus on the areas our customers feel are important, including direct operating costs, component reliability, modernisation and upgrades.”
