Signature Flight Support has acquired London Heathrow-based Executive Aircraft Services and has purchased a majority interest in Athens Aviation Services, which is headquartered at Athens International Airport and will operate as Athens Aviation Services – Signature Flight Support.

The acquisitions bring Signature’s global FBO network to over 60 locations, of which 17 are in Europe. The company intends to provide a full range of support services at its bases, including aircraft, passenger and crew handling, flight planning, line maintenance and fuelling.

Commenting on the acquisition of Athens Aviation Services, Signature’s European md, David Best, added: “The staff and facilities provide an ideal compliment to our network.”
