DFS promotion for Garcia
Alain Garcia has been named president of Dassault Falcon Service (DFS), the French subsidiary of Dassault Aviation. Garcia will be managing both DFS service centre and flight operations in Paris, at Le Bourget Airport.

Alain Garcia has been named president of Dassault Falcon Service (DFS), the French subsidiary of Dassault Aviation. Garcia will be managing both DFS service centre and flight operations in Paris, at Le Bourget Airport.

“Dassault Aviation could not have chosen a better person to assume this position,” said former president Christian Sasso, who was recently promoted to general manager of the Dassault Falcon Jet facility in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Garcia comes from the Biarritz Dassault Aviation plant located in the south of France, where he was deputy director and where he started his career as an engineer, responsible for the subcontracting department.

He has over 25 years of experience with Dassault and successively worked in some of the company’s major plants in France, such as Istres flight test centre and Velizy where he assumed management positions.
