NetJets Europe has received certification for its Hawker 800XP to take off and land from London City airport. The step means that NetJets customers will, for the first time, be able to fly direct from LCY to Moscow, Beirut, Tel Aviv and other destinations in Eastern Europe and North Africa.

NetJets Europe has added three 800XPs this year to its existing fleet of 10. The company anticipates bringing the total to 16 by the end of the year, to add to its fleet of 13 Bravos and 10 Excels. NetJets Europe ceo Mark Booth said that the increase in the number of Hawkers demonstrated the company’s ongoing commitment to the European business aviation market.
