Danish satellite communication (satcom) specialist Thrane & Thrane has made its first entry into the Russian business jet market, installing systems on aircraft operating in the country and receiving approval from the Russian Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC). According to Thrane & Thrane, the company is the first to obtain Russian IAC certification for a high-speed data system.
