Cessna appoints parts people

The Cessna Aircraft Company has named two new vice presidents. Jack Stiffler is to be vp, Citation parts distribution, with Peter Wilkinson named as vp, Cessna parts distribution. Both will report to Ron Chapman, senior vp of customer service.
