Honda remains cautious on jet project
Honda is maintaining that it has ‘no business plan’ for its HondaJet, but is continuing development of its HF118 turbofan engine, according to Aviation International News. AIN reports that Honda’s reluctance to talk fully about the project may stem from its fear of damaging the credibility of its core motor products should publicity for the HondaJet prove negative, or of alienating potential customers from the airframe sector for the company’s HF118 engine.
