CAE to house 7X simulator in London
CAE is planning to open its first civil aviation training centre in the London area with aircraft manufacturer Dassault Falcon as its anchor customer. It is slated to open in autumn 2006. CAE recently won a contract, making it the exclusive entitlement training provider for the new Dassault 7X aircraft. Falcon 900EX EASy and 2000EX EASy training will also be offered at the centre.

Meanwhile, Dubai-based Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) has signed agreements with Russian and UK corporate aircraft customers.

Jet 2000 Business Jets, a Moscow-based aircraft management company, will be sending Hawker 800 crews to ECFT while Ford Air, located in Essex, UK, has signed a three-year agreement to train all its Hawker 800 crews at the Dubai facility.
