BCT Aviation, Aircraft Completions Ltd and Airborne Composites Ltd have joined forces to provide a completion service for vip and corporate aircraft at Kemble Airfield near Cirencester in the UK.

An ex-MOD airfield, Kemble is now in private hands and dedicated exclusively to vip and corporate aircraft.

Said a spokesman: “It is uniquely situated to offer vip and corporate customers the full range of services from maintenance and engineering to complete interior fit-out.”

BCT is an established FBO at Kemble, providing services to the pilot or prospective buyer of aircraft.

It has its own CAA-approved JAR145/M3 maintenance facility, as well as a team of back-up personnel.

Aircraft Completions has 14 years’ experience in the manufacture of aircraft interiors for heads of state, vips and corporate customers on aircraft types ranging from HS-125s and Gulfstreams to Tristars and Boeing 747s. It offers design, project management, manufacture and procurement.

For its part, Airborne Composites will be established at Kemble by the end of the year and will offer repairs and manufacture of composites components from control surfaces and exterior panels to lightweight substrates for interior finishes.

Said a spokesman: “The experience within Airborne runs from the early development of composites applied to military aircraft structures to the present widespread use in private and civil aircraft.”
