The RUAG technology group says it made significant progress in expanding its international activities in 2003, resulting in sales growth in excess of 20 per cent.

Last year, RUAG acquired two major operations in the Munich region – the geographical centre of Germany’s aerospace industry – to add to its existing activities in Switzerland, Germany and Sweden. The Oberpfaffenhofen site doubles as a manufacturing facility for major structures for Airbus jets and an important service centre for business aircraft.
