Oman air force accepts Lynxes
The first three of sixteen AgustaWestland Super Lynx 300 helicopters ordered by the Royal Air Force of Oman, have been delivered. Richard Case, md of AgustaWestland, commented: “The Royal Air Force of Oman is our first customer for the type in the Middle East.”

It will become the second operator of Super Lynx 300’s and the first customer to operate the aircraft in a multi-role configuration. The aircraft are equipped for a wide range of overland and maritime roles including search and rescue, utility, troop transport and coastal patrol.
