It has been decided to merge Occitania with Euralair International following its acquisition by Angel Gate Aviation in June.

Andrew Lee, director of UK operations, said: “The last few months have been an uncertain time for the company and I am delighted at the decision by Angel Gate Aviation to acquire Occitania.

“Merging with Euralair International will enable us to be a more effective player in a very competitive market place. It also increases our fleet size as now we include the two Citation V aircraft from Euralair International.”

The new company will be known commercially as Euralair - Occitania.  The plan is to continue operations from its private terminal at Le Bourget and a fleet renewal programme will be initiated over the next few months.

“Bringing the best of both companies together, will enable us to maintain our position as a first class charter company in Europe.” Lee added.
