Executive Airlines has appointed Oscar Barnes as its director general of the Madrid business area. He will be in charge of boosting the company’s business aviation services, consultancy in the acquisition and sale of jets and aircraft management. Along with his new responsibilities, Barnes will continue in his role as Dassault’s representative in Spain.
