Cessna will deliver the UK’s first and second Caravans equipped with the new executive Oasis interior by the end of June. The Caravans will be received by two retail customers who will operate their aeroplanes from central and northwest UK, respectively.

“The European aviation community has been using the Caravan for many years because they’re able to operate in and out of short strips in rural European communities. The Oasis interior is an added benefit to these customers because they are now able to use the Caravan as a travelling office, similar to a Citation business jet,” said Cessna’s director of international propeller aircraft sales Bill Harris.

The Oasis interior has a club seating area, entertainment offerings and a selection of leather, fabric and cabinetry finishings.

Meanwhile, Cessna has appointed Abelag Aviation, Delta System-Air and MAC Aviation as European authorised sales representatives for Caravan and single-engine piston aircraft.

Delta System Air will sell these aircraft to the Czech and Slovak Republics. In addition to its new Cessna responsibilities, Delta System-Air also provides customers with flight training, maintenance and aircraft rental services.
