Air Evex has purchased a Citation CJ2. The German company added the aircraft to its fleet to provide charter flights around Europe.
Technical manager Andreas Sperber told EBAN: “The CJ2 offers good performance, a big baggage compartment and has six vip
seats. We have a lot of experience with the CJ series.
“It is one of the best aircraft available and the CJ series are very good, well-designed aircraft,” he added. “There are generally fewer technical problems with the CJ2, because it doesn’t have too many electrical components.”
Air Evex also operates a CJ1, Hawker 800XP and two Learjet 45s. It is currently looking into acquiring a third Learjet 45.
“As for the Learjet 45, I think it’s a very good aircraft,” said Sperber. “It’s well-designed but the cabin
height could be much bigger – perhaps five inches more. That would make it perfect.”
