Camp Systems has been awarded the service agreement to provide maintenance tracking services for Bombardier Aerospace business jets.
Under the terms of the deal,
the company will also provide service for for more than 700 aircraft
enrolled in Bombardier’s in-house computer integrated maintenance management system (CIMMS).
Camp will retain the existing CIMMS specialists, and will
offer training seminars to help familiarise customers and operators with its system.
Dave Orcutt, Bombardier’s vp customer support, said: “Our customers will enjoy private access to their maintenance tracking information through an expanded suite of services on a 24-hour basis, seven days a week, via a secure internet site.”
Camp Systems president Ken Grey commented: “We believe both current CIMMS customers as well as future subscribers will be pleased with our web-based maintenance tracking system and will also benefit from our mixed fleet capabilities.”
