The Omni Group has completed the acquisition of Aeroservices Group, which it says is the largest executive aviation company in France. The acquisition sees Omni’s fleet grow to 30 aeroplanes and 12 helicopters, including the Learjet 31 and Falcon 900/50/20/10. The group has facilities at Le Bourget Airport, France; Lisbon, Cascais and Lajes in Portugal; Brazil Macaé and Jacarepagua. The aircraft, along with the existing fleet, will be used for charter, flight school and medevac flights. See the next issue of EBAN, for a full interview.
