Embraer has developed a redesigned interior for the Legacy Executive jet, as well as receiving approval for its revised maintenance guide.
The jet features three distinct cabin sections, each with a variety of seating configurations. Embraer offers a range of cabinetry and materials for the aircraft, which it will produce, assemble and deliver.
The company, which is headquartered in Sao Paolo, Brazil, has introduced several new aesthetic interior features, including a redesigned valance panel, a larger galley and remodelled seats.
The news follows the Brazilian civil authority’s approval for the revision of the Legacy’s maintenance planning guide (MPG). The Centro Técnico Aerospacial (CTA) approval of the MPG recognises the decreased number of maintenance stops to four per year. Embraer’s revised maintenance programme minimises the number of structural and corrosion tasks, escalates calendar limited tasks and spaces the interval between routine tasks.
